Welcome back everyone! I hope y’all had a great week! We’re on the home stretch of lecture phase now. I can’t believe I have been here for almost 3 months. Now there is only two weeks left until we leave for outreach! The teams from last quarter that were on outreach this whole time are also coming back this week so the base is bustling and full of people. We have new bunk mates too who we get to talk to about their time on outreach!
This week’s lectures were about the Father Heart of God taught by our school leader David’s dad Peter Yoo! We learned about how we are children adopted into God’s family and we are to inherit all that God has for us! God’s love is so big and is shown to us in so many ways and learning about God as a father was a great learning experience.
We also went to this place called King’s Park for small group Tuesday night and we got assigned our roles in the group for outreach. I will be in charge of accounts! Surprising but I’m down for whatever God calls me to.

On Friday, we had a time of admitting lies we’ve believed about God and about ourselves and speaking out truth and praying together which brought us closer to God and closer together as well. I had a prophetic act done over me in prayer which was to cover my eyes and heal them or “open my eyes” to the truth of who I am in God and my purpose in Him.
This weekend I also went to the beach with Shanara to do our journals and finish reading our books for our third report. The whole day was so fun and such an adventure (as well as productive of course). I also was asked by the captain of the life guards to be a part of a test to the life guards in training at the beach! It was so much fun and the guards came right away when they saw me. Thank you to the life guards for working so hard!

Tonight we learned how to do the skits as an outreach team and I can’t wait to perform them in front of people. They’re so powerful in showing the gospel and other values to people and to open the conversation up to people!
That’s it for this week, sorry it’s kinda short! Thank you all so much for your prayers and support!! Next week I think I will have a ton to talk about so until then! Hugs from Perth.
