Today was amazing just lol every other day has been so far. The 14 of us have started to get to know each other and are having so much fun and learning so much. We are beginning classes and morning chores tomorrow so I’m very excited about that and will post on it tomorrow if I can.
I don’t even know where to start about the last few days. Monday morning we had a powerful praise and worship session that had me in tears. It was so overwhelming but much needed.
We then went as a group to this beautiful bridge and all hung out and played games. I’ve taken a bus into the city multiple times, tried teriyaki chicken sushi, extremely spicy ramen, and bubble tea, I won and lost at tug of war with my group, and I’ve been given a Korean name (Kim Mi Ran,김 미 란) along with the others in the group, and we have given the Korean students English names too! It’s been a great experience so far, and though I’m exhausted already, I can’t wait for the days and months to come. Though I’m already wishing that the end would never come and we could just do this forever!
